How do I make a payment?

Payments are made in the chosen currency and you can pay cash on arrival. Alternatively, we also accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer.

What if the driver is delayed or I can’t locate him?

All our bookings are secured with the ultimate detail but there are rare cases that may be out of our control e.g. driver illness. Please call us if you have any issues and we will quickly send a replacement driver if necessary.

How will I locate my driver?

This information will be advised in your booking confirmation. Normally the driver will be waiting for you in arrivals with a board with your name on it. He will escort you to the vehicle, take payment and will also have your contact details in case of any changes.

How do I specify pick-up time?

This can be arranged online, or if you need help with timings please call us with your flight details and we can advise.

How can I find a vehicle suitable for me?

If you reserve online there is a description for each vehicle and transfer option available. Alternatively call us for more information.

How can I change or cancel a reservation?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change, but at least 12 hours before you travel to avoid charge.
Does the driver speak English?

All our drivers speak fluent English and are professional and knowledgeable.

What if my flight is delayed or early?

Our drivers will be informed of your flight number and will track the latest flight details from the airport’s official website to check for any changes to your arrival time.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

You will receive an email immediately to advise we have received your request. You will then receive a second email within 48 hours to advise your transfer is confirmed.

How can I specify the address?

Please advise the name or address of your accommodation and if you are not sure then please note in the “extras” field and we will assist.

What if I am travelling with a baby?

When you reserve, please advise all passenger details including number of babies and children and we can arrange the appropriate car seats and advise charge if necessary.

How do I book my transfers to and from the airport?

Please contact us with your flight and accommodation details and we will arrange the transfers for you and advise cost immediately, or you can also book online.

How late can I book the transfer?

Transfers must be booked a minimum of 12 hours before departure. Within 12 hours of departure we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
